Guest Speaker: Melanie Lachman of UPSLIDE Tallahassee Senior Center (Utilizing and Promoting Social Engagement for Loneliness, Isolation, and Depression in the Elderly) UPSLIDE Program serves the elderly by offering individual counseling, chat groups, and support to become socially engaged.
